Terms of Sale

Thank you so much for your interest in purchasing your dairy animals from us! We love our animals dearly and want you to love them too. So that all of our kids have the very best start they will come with their first round of CDT vaccine. You will be provided with all of their records at the time of pickup (more details below). Our kids are dam- raised which means they stay with their mother until 8 weeks, that way they can learn to be goats. Rest assured we have hands on all of our kids from day 1, they are very familiar with people and enjoy being around us :D

1) At this time our animals are grade, meaning that they are not registered. Thus the price point for each kid is 300$, this includes bucks and does alike.

2)Deposits can be put down any time prior to 5 weeks. This way you have an opportunity to come visit us and see all the goats before you make a choice. Deposits are half the amount of the animal (150$), and must be put down at time of choice.

3) We have the right to retain any animal.

4) Animals must be picked up at 10 weeks. They are dam-raised until 8 weeks so this gives them time to adjust to not having mom around. When you pick them up they will be weaned and on hay and grain. Each week they are not picked up an additional 25 dollar late fee will be issued.

5) If any reason arises and you cannot obtain your animal, your deposit can be moved to another kid in the same year or for the next year OR a refund will be issued for the deposit amount.

To pick up your kid you can come right to the farm. At this time we will not be doing any transport for our 2024 kids. We are also not responsible for the kid once it leaves us.
